Fluxive Inc. is an Applied AI Research Lab and semiconductor design company in Upstate NY. We build the control layer that makes autonomous agents safe to run inside real organizations.

Structural Symbiosis

We treat agent governance as a control problem, not a prompting problem. Each agent is bound to a coordinate — its position in the organization plus its authority level — that formally scopes what it may do. Policy is evaluated at inference time, while the model reasons, rather than filtered from outputs after the fact; hardware-mediated enforcement can refuse or halt unauthorized actions if software fails (hardware enforcement on our semiconductor roadmap).

This isn't a guardrail you can crash through. It's a road that physically doesn't go where you're not allowed. We empower human operators rather than replacing them — and every machine action traces back to a named, accountable human.
