Patent Portfolio Expands: Introducing Machineforce S2 Nanoscale & S3 Subatomic
Fluxive Inc. has expanded its patent portfolio from 17 filed applications to a 27-patent architecture spanning three product series — Foundation, Nanoscale, and Subatomic — extending Machineforce governance from software to molecular matter to quantum particles.
Building on the 17 Machineforce S1 Foundation patents filed with the USPTO, Fluxive has formally documented and begun drafting 10 additional patent applications across two entirely new product series. Machineforce S2 Nanoscale (4 patents) extends the governance-first paradigm to nanotechnology — molecular containment, nanobot swarm coordination, atomic-scale actuator safety, and physiological intensity regulation for in-vivo nanodevices. Machineforce S3 Subatomic (4 patents) governs quantum computing — post-quantum cryptographic identity fabrics, qubit-level containment gates, quantum phase-space forensics, and quantum network routing. Two additional S1 Foundation patents — Fluxive Matrix (S1.18) and Fluxive Acoustics (S1.19) — round out the portfolio. The scale progression tells Fluxive's story: Foundation (organizational/software) → Nanoscale (molecular/atomic) → Subatomic (quantum/particle). Governance at every scale of physical reality.
