Patent Portfolio Expands: Introducing Machineforce S2 Nanoscale & S3 Subatomic

Fluxive Inc. has expanded its patent portfolio from 17 filed applications to a 27-patent architecture spanning three product series — Foundation, Nanoscale, and Subatomic — extending Machineforce governance from software to molecular matter to quantum particles.

Building on the 17 Machineforce S1 Foundation patents filed with the USPTO, Fluxive has formally documented and begun drafting 10 additional patent applications across two entirely new product series. Machineforce S2 Nanoscale (4 patents) extends the governance-first paradigm to nanotechnology — molecular containment, nanobot swarm coordination, atomic-scale actuator safety, and physiological intensity regulation for in-vivo nanodevices. Machineforce S3 Subatomic (4 patents) governs quantum computing — post-quantum cryptographic identity fabrics, qubit-level containment gates, quantum phase-space forensics, and quantum network routing. Two additional S1 Foundation patents — Fluxive Matrix (S1.18) and Fluxive Acoustics (S1.19) — round out the portfolio. The scale progression tells Fluxive's story: Foundation (organizational/software) → Nanoscale (molecular/atomic) → Subatomic (quantum/particle). Governance at every scale of physical reality.

Community

Intellectual Property

Trademark Applications Prepared for USPTO

Fluxive Inc. has prepared USPTO trademark applications for both "MACHINEFORCE" and "FLUXIVE" across Classes 9, 42, and 45 — covering downloadable software, SaaS/PaaS, and intellectual property licensing.

The "MACHINEFORCE" trademark covers the AI operating system brand across downloadable computing software (Class 9), software-as-a-service platforms (Class 42), and technology licensing (Class 45). The "FLUXIVE" trademark protects the corporate identity across the same classes, establishing comprehensive brand protection for the company and its products.

Intellectual Property

27-Patent Portfolio Architecture Documented

Fluxive Inc. has completed formal documentation of its full intellectual property portfolio spanning 27 patents across three Machineforce™ series: S1 Foundation, S2 Nanoscale, and S3 Subatomic.

The portfolio architecture document maps every patent to its technology layer, interdependencies, and commercial application. Machineforce S1 Foundation (19 patents) covers the software stack — from governance architecture and identity fabric through cognitive processing, fleet orchestration, and acoustic phase engines. Machineforce S2 Nanoscale (4 patents) extends the paradigm into molecular containment and nanobot swarm governance. Machineforce S3 Subatomic (4 patents) addresses quantum computing safety — from post-quantum cryptography to qubit-level containment gates. The full portfolio represents governance at every scale of physical reality: Foundation → Nanoscale → Subatomic.

Intellectual PropertyKey Milestone

17 Provisional Patents Filed with USPTO

Fluxive Inc. has filed 17 provisional patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in a single day, covering the complete Series 1 Machineforce Foundation portfolio.

The filing represents one of the most comprehensive single-day provisional patent submissions in the AI governance space. The 17 patents span nine critical technology domains: governance architecture, identity fabric, state encoding, constraint compilation, vector containment, hardware enforcement, cognitive architecture, fleet orchestration, and operator experience. Together, they establish a 12-month priority date window protecting the foundational IP of the mForceOS platform — from its constitutional governance model to its hardware-level enforcement mechanisms.

Government

Fluxive Inc. Officially Registered on SAM.gov

Fluxive Inc. has submitted its official registration on SAM.gov with Unique Entity ID (UEI) YCAFLE6CSKV5, establishing eligibility for federal contracts and extending the reach of mForceOS into public sector and defense operations.

The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registration marks Fluxive's formal entry into the federal procurement ecosystem. With UEI YCAFLE6CSKV5 and CAGE Code 19QJ4, the company is now eligible to compete for government contracts, participate in SBIR/STTR grant programs, and engage with federal agencies exploring AI governance solutions for national security and public administration.

CorporateKey Milestone

Fluxive Inc. Incorporates as Delaware C-Corporation

Fluxive Inc. has been officially incorporated as a Delaware C-Corporation (File Number: 10505846), transitioning from a sole proprietorship DBA to a professional corporate entity.

The Delaware C-Corporation structure was chosen for its institutional-grade governance framework, established case law, and compatibility with venture capital investment. The company has authorized 10,000,000 shares of Common Stock at $0.0001 par value — a standard VC-ready configuration that supports future fundraising rounds. This incorporation represents a strategic milestone in Fluxive's evolution from independent research project to professionally structured technology company.

PublicationKey Milestone

"Influence Design in the AI Era" Published

Founder Sean W. Smith's book "Influence Design in the AI Era: Business Strategy" has been published by Business Expert Press.

Aligned to Harvard Business case studies and illustrated by Adam Sollien, the book introduces the Influence Architecture framework and the Machineforce paradigm — treating AI agents as organizational teammates rather than tools. The text provides a rigorous methodology for embedding AI into corporate governance structures, decision-making hierarchies, and operational workflows. Available on Barnes & Noble, Everand, Perlego, and wherever academic and business books are sold.

Partnership

Google for Startups Cloud Program — Upgraded

Fluxive has been upgraded within the Google for Startups Cloud Program, reflecting the company's continued growth and expanding use of Google Cloud infrastructure for mForceOS development.

The program upgrade reflects Fluxive's deepening integration with Google Cloud services, including expanded usage of Vertex AI for model inferencing, AlloyDB with pgvector for semantic RAG pipelines, Cloud Run for zero-trust containerized deployments, and Firebase for secure static hosting. The upgrade provides access to additional credits, enhanced technical support, and expanded tooling for production-grade AI workloads.

Fluxive has been accepted into the Google for Startups Cloud Program, receiving $25,000 in Google Cloud credits over two years.

The acceptance provides $25,000 in Google Cloud credits covering Firebase, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and the full spectrum of Google Cloud Platform services — giving Fluxive the enterprise-grade compute infrastructure needed to develop mForceOS. The program also includes a dedicated Startup Success Manager, $500 in Google Cloud Skills Boost credits for team development, Google Workspace discounts, and access to the Google Cloud Startup Community network.

Corporate

fluxive.ai Domain Registered

The fluxive.ai domain has been registered, establishing the digital foundation for what would become Fluxive Inc.'s online presence and the home of the mForceOS platform.

The .ai TLD was selected intentionally to signal the company's core focus on artificial intelligence from day one. The domain now serves as the primary web presence for corporate information, mForceOS documentation, research publications, and investor communications.

CorporateKey Milestone

Fluxive Founded in Saratoga Springs, NY

Sean W. Smith establishes Fluxive as a DBA in Saratoga Springs, New York, beginning research into governance-first AI operating systems.

Filed with Saratoga County on January 18, 2024, the Fluxive DBA marks the formal origin of what would become Fluxive Inc. From the beginning, the research mission has been singular: build a governance-first AI operating system that places autonomous agents directly onto the corporate org chart. This founding vision — treating AI not as a tool but as a governed organizational participant — gave rise to the Machineforce paradigm and ultimately to mForceOS.
