Navy SBIR Phase I Proposal Submitted — Zero Trust Hardware Governance

Fluxive Inc. has submitted a Phase I SBIR proposal to the U.S. Navy under Topic N26BZ03-NV059, proposing silicon-enforced zero trust access governance for Navy combat systems.

The proposal — titled "Silicon-Enforced Zero Trust: Hardware-Level Access Governance for Navy Combat Systems" (Proposal Control Number N26BZ-NV059-2147) — presents the Fluxive CEU as a hardware enforcement mechanism for zero trust architectures in naval computing environments. The $240,000 contract ($140,000 base + $100,000 option) would fund FPGA prototyping and characterization of the CEU digital core, with GlobalFoundries (Malta, NY) identified as the domestic fabrication partner. Compliance and technical review is underway, with selection announcements expected beginning September 2026.
