5 Hardware Patent Applications Filed — Machineforce S2 Series

Fluxive Inc. has filed 5 provisional patent applications with the USPTO covering the Machineforce S2 Hardware series — physical enforcement of AI governance across silicon, nanoscale, and subatomic substrates, extending the portfolio from 17 to 22.

The S2 Hardware series covers five critical innovations spanning silicon through subatomic governance: Fluxive Trim (S2.01) — substrate-level governance trimming for carbon nanotube arrays; Fluxive MPU Suite (S2.02) — the governed Machineforce Processing Unit architecture with per-tile CALM enforcement across silicon, nanotube, and quantum substrates; Fluxive Surfaces Suite (S2.03) — molecular surface interaction governance for nanoscale and subatomic compute; Fluxive Seal (S2.04) — cryptographic hardware sealing of governance state via the FD-SOI body bias mechanism; and Fluxive Tide (S2.05) — dynamic body bias modulation for power-governed compute on GlobalFoundries 22FDX. The S2 series extends governance enforcement from software (S1) into physical hardware — from classical silicon through carbon nanotubes to quantum substrates. Combined with the 17 S1 Foundation provisional applications, the portfolio now totals 22 provisional patent applications.
